Yes. When publishing a review, toggle the "Post anonymously" option. Your name is hidden from other users, but your identity remains on file internally for moderation purposes. Landlords will see "Anonymous" — not your name.
Tap the flag icon on any review to report it. You can also email us at hello@doorscoreapp.com with the building address and unit, and describe the issue. We investigate all reports and remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
DoorScore is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Join the waitlist on our homepage and you'll be among the first to know when we launch. We're targeting a 2026 release.
You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account) or by emailing privacy@doorscoreapp.com. We'll delete your personal information within 30 days. Note that anonymous published reviews may remain visible after deletion since they are no longer linked to your identity.
Yes, DoorScore is free to download. You can write reviews and verify your residency at no cost. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core review platform will always be free.
